How does your transparent pricing model work for toilet upgrades and replacements in Turtletown?

If we discover a hidden issue (rotted subfloor, cracked flange buried in concrete, etc.) we will pause, show you the problem, and give you a written change order for approval. You are never billed for surprise add-ons without your consent.
How long does a typical toilet replacement take from start to finish?
Once the technician arrives, a straightforward swap takes 60–90 minutes. If we’re also upgrading the supply valve or doing a minor flange repair, add another 30 minutes.
