Where exactly is your Newport trade counter and how can I find it?

Our spacious trade counter is located on the Maesglas Industrial Estate, just off the A48 (post-code NP20 2NS). From the M4, exit at Junction 28 and follow signs for Newport West/Industrial Estates – we’re less than five minutes from the junction. Look for the large blue ‘Plumbing & Heating Trade Counter’ signage once you enter the estate. If you use sat-nav, it will bring you to the front door, and Google Maps lists us under “PlumbCo Newport Trade Counter.”

What are your opening hours and do I need to book an appointment?

We open Monday–Friday 7:00 am–5:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am–12:30 pm. We’re closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. No appointment is necessary – simply walk in any time during opening hours and one of our counter team will assist you. For large orders, you’re welcome to phone ahead so we can have everything ready when you arrive.

Which plumbing and heating products do you keep in stock at the counter?

The Newport branch holds over 6,000 lines on the shelf, covering copper and plastic pipe & fittings (8–54 mm), boilers, cylinders, radiators, sanitaryware, valves, pumps, press-fit and push-fit systems, guttering, consumables, hand & power tools, and PPE. We also stock leading brands such as Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, JG Speedfit, McAlpine, and Monument. If an item isn’t in stock, we can usually transfer it from our central warehouse for next-morning collection or arrange direct-to-site delivery.

Do you offer click-and-collect or same-day pickup from the trade counter?

Yes. Order online or by phone before 3:00 pm and choose “Newport Trade Counter Collection.” We’ll text or email you when the goods are picked (typically within 30–60 minutes). Urgent items ordered after 3:00 pm can often still be collected the same day – just call us to check availability. When you arrive, quote your order number at the express collection desk and we’ll load your van for you.

Is there parking for vans and what on-site facilities do you provide?

We have a dedicated forecourt with space for up to 15 trade vans and cars, including two extra-long bays for Luton and box vans. The yard is wide enough for easy reversing and tail-lift offloading. Inside, you’ll find free tea, coffee, and Wi-Fi, a customer washroom, and a seated plan-review area with plug sockets. Trolleys and sack trucks are available, and our staff are licensed to use the forklift if you need palletised goods loaded.
