For most standard domestic jobs our fixed price is £80 + VAT, which includes up to one hour of labour and use of manual rodding or cable machines. High-pressure water jetting is £35 + VAT extra if required. We never charge a call-out fee or weekend surcharge, and all pricing is confirmed with you in writing before work begins.
Do you guarantee your drain clearing work?
Yes. Every same-day drain opening comes with a 30-day clear-flow guarantee on the pipe section we have treated. If the same blockage reoccurs within that period, we will return and clear it again free of charge. Longer guarantees are available when we carry out additional remedial works such as root removal or pipe lining.

All engineers hold Water Jetting Association certificates, carry current CSCS cards and are DBS-checked for your peace of mind.
