What does your industry-leading warranty on a tank water heater actually cover?
Our standard warranty protects you against any manufacturer-related defects in the glass-lined storage tank, gas or electric heating elements, thermostat controls, temperature & pressure relief valve, and factory-installed anode rod. If any of these components fail under normal residential use, we will repair or replace the part—and if the inner tank leaks, we replace the entire unit—at no cost for the covered period.
How long is the warranty period for tank water heaters installed in Cowan?
Every residential tank water heater we install in Cowan comes with 6 years of full tank and parts coverage plus 2 years of labor coverage.
