FAQs
Do you offer 24/7 emergency plumbing services in Bristol?
Yes. Our Bristol plumbing team operates around the clock, 365 days a year. Whether you have a burst pipe at 2 am or a blocked toilet on Christmas Day, a qualified engineer can be dispatched to any BS postcode within 60 minutes under normal traffic conditions.
Which areas of Bristol do you cover?
We serve the entire Bristol metropolitan area—including the city centre, Clifton, Redland, Bishopston, Bedminster, Filton, Bradley Stoke, Keynsham and surrounding South Gloucestershire and North Somerset villages. If you’re unsure whether you fall within our coverage zone, give us a call with your postcode and we’ll confirm instantly.
Are your plumbers fully qualified and insured?
Absolutely. Every engineer is Gas Safe registered, holds NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating, and carries public liability insurance up to £5 million. We also maintain ongoing training so the team remains up to date with Building Regulations Part G, Water Regulations 1999 and the latest boiler manufacturer guidelines.
What types of plumbing jobs do you handle?
From minor repairs to full installations: leaking taps, toilet and cistern repairs, shower fitting, radiator moves, power-flushing, unvented hot-water cylinders, kitchen appliance hookups, mains-pressure boosting, underfloor heating, bathroom refurbishments and complete central-heating system design. No job is too small or too complex.
How much will my plumbing job cost?
We provide transparent, fixed pricing before any work starts. A standard call-out in Bristol (including the first hour on site) is £75 + VAT between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday–Friday. Emergency out-of-hours rates start at £110 + VAT. Larger projects are quoted after a free on-site survey. All quotes list labour, materials and VAT so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Do you guarantee your workmanship?
Yes. All labour is covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty, and parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1–10 years). If any issue arises with work we’ve completed within the guarantee period, we’ll return promptly and rectify it free of charge.
