What does “same-day service” for tank water heaters mean in Bristol?
If you call before 2:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday, one of our Gas Safe-registered plumbers will arrive, diagnose the problem and either repair or replace your tank water heater before the end of the day. Emergency calls placed after 2:00 p.m. are usually handled within 24 hours, and there is never an extra charge for weekend or evening appointments.
Can you work on any make and model of storage (tank) water heater?

Diagnosis is free with any repair. Our labour rate is a fixed £79 + VAT for the first hour, then £49 + VAT per additional half-hour. Most repairs take under an hour. Replacements are quoted up-front and include new heater, fittings, disposal of the old unit, and a manufacturer-backed warranty. We never perform work without your signed approval.

What should I do while waiting for the engineer if my water heater is leaking?

Place towels or a bucket under the leak and keep children and pets away from the area. Do not attempt to drain or dismantle the unit yourself; our engineer will handle it safely on arrival.
